About The Project
Mission: Execute a complete Shopify platform migration including large-scale product data transformation, inventory categorization, shipping logistics configuration, and SEO preservation for this established specialty retailer.

Summary
This project required meticulous data management across a 45,000+ row product inventory. I conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing Shopify data export, transformed product records with enhanced tagging taxonomy to ensure proper categorization within the new theme's navigation structure, and executed the bulk import into the refreshed Shopify storefront.
Beyond data migration, I configured weight-based shipping rules to ensure accurate pricing calculations across the product catalog. The project concluded with implementing SEO redirect mappings to preserve search engine rankings and completing our standard pre-launch quality assurance checklist.
This engagement demonstrates my capability to handle large-scale data migrations while maintaining data integrity and optimizing for both user experience and search visibility.
